When I first received this running belt I was very happy with it, although I quickly got smaller while wearing it. Because of the light fabrics when I put my inhaler in there was a weird lump then my eye shield went - another weird lump etc. Then yesterday when I went to the eye shield I could feel them but that was my inhaler - god thank you I didn't need it urgently! - Identifier, but I couldn't find out where they were and couldn't get them out. When I got home I took out everything I could, turning my pockets inside out as best I could. It turns out that the zippered pockets aren't sewn in at the bottom and everything just slipped out. I have severe asthma - when I needed my inhaler I couldn't get my inhaler in time which would mean another attempt to get it back, otherwise it would go in the trash. Another expensive trip to the ER! Also, I can never speak through them so the medical staff have to guess what I need as I also have a few allergies which they need to be aware of in order to treat me properly.
