Just outside my return window found it to be fine for moderately tight cans but not necessarily able to handle the toughest of cans. I have small hands so I'm not good at gripping wide cans let alone opening narrow ones and the twist grip makes opening cans a lot easier. This opening mechanism works smoothly, it looks nice but it's still difficult to grab the lids in any kind of moisture as it has a smooth rubber grip that it clamps on the sides and slides/rotates with you as you go try to turn him handle.
