updated i think the bass will improve

Okay, it's about 12 o'clock. I'm not sure I can tell a huge difference. I just switched my pen to the Jico SAS Super Analog series. Shure cartridge online. It's made a huge leap in sound quality. Also use a leather mat for plates. Looks pretty cool. I didn't want it to be too heavy so I went for this one. 16oz sounded too heavy for my 40 year old turntable with original spindle bearings. And the lighter ones seem a bit light for everything at 225-275 grams. I tested about six albums. Good and mediocre. I will continue to listen and update as the days and weeks go by. I like what is made in America. And instead of foam or sponge that has leather on the bottom that matches my turntable mat. I was hoping to save materials to improve the sound. We will see or hear. update again. After many, many hours. I find it improves the bass. Another update came within a week. Lost dozens of LPs. Someone called it a bass boost. I think that's a good explanation.
