I use them for work. Due to Covid my work is now mostly online. My eyes were strained and tired from all the extra screen time. I was hesitant to buy them as I wasn't too sure about "blue light goggles" and thought it was a waste of time. It cost money. My eyes don't get as tired or strained at the end of a workday. I don't have the headaches I used to have. I would recommend this to anyone who has eyestrain or headaches due to increased screen time. I might buy another pair in case I accidentally break these.
