Works as advertised

They give off enough light that with normal use I can see moving around the house at night. They turn off during the day and turn on at night. They turn on in the event of a power outage and even have a flashlight function that can come in handy in an emergency. The connector is retractable so they won't get damaged when used as a flashlight. You have two brightness modes. So far they have been very reliable, unlike the first (different brand) I bought. Each of them failed within the first four months. All (9) had their positive battery cable disconnected. The battery connector was too small and the soldering was bad.
