I assume that anyone from size 2 to 20 can wear this cover. Note that I'm one of those guys who wears this with jeans and a t-shirt underneath (like a regular shirt). and i love it. The smell was a little strange when I opened it (I had two colors and both shirts had this strange smell) but after airing it out for a few days it was barely noticeable. I'm always tired of these posts where ONE image and colors are artificially colored. I will say the mint is accurate!
