Received this along with another device to relieve my insane neck pain. It was difficult to assemble because it's so strong, but I figured it out. I had to use my legs to put enough pressure on him to get into the groove. As soon as I got it I tried it. As I allowed myself to sit properly and relax, I felt my neck adjust. I only lay on it for about 5 minutes. Let me tell you I felt good afterwards. I could twist my neck in any direction and it didn't hurt. I felt like I was flying high. Good product!
