Beautiful top. It's perfect for my daughter's fourth grade concert. I don't know if it's because it's January and it's very dry, but this top is very static! I need an anti-static spray to keep it from sticking. In terms of size, my daughter is 58 inches tall with a 22 inch waist. Wednesday suits her. If she were to wear this top with a skirt, I would advise her to wear a medium size. Based on the reviews I also bought a circus tent that she will actually wear to her concert. She will wear a big dress because it will look more elegant with the velvet pants she wants to wear. So I would say it works a bit. It's definitely worth buying and my daughter and I love it!
