He won't do what he says.

I've had mine for 6 months now and it stopped communicating with Honda and Toyota vehicles 4 months ago and I can't even add a key to a 2004 Accord. Support could not solve the problem. Auto select rarely works properly on cars from all manufacturers. My snap-on hardware and the original diagnostic/programming hardware did every job with an im508 failure with no issues.
