CiNily bills itself as a top online fashion boutique that specializes in chic and contemporary women's apparel, accessories, and footwear. My encounter with their items, however, has been disappointing. They claimed to offer high-quality products, yet the things I got were anything but. The shoes were unpleasant to wear for more than a few minutes, and the clothing items were constructed poorly and did not fit well. Some of the jewelry even arrived broken, with a cheap, badly made appearance. Additionally, CiNily's customer care was unresponsive and useless. I contacted them about the problems with my order, but I never got a suitable response, and my worries were put on the back burner. As a result, CiNily's goods fell short of my expectations, and I would not suggest them to anyone looking for high-quality clothing.
