Like many others, I bought this to save on toilet paper. It works great - I haven't had any of the leaking issues that others have reported and I haven't had any issues with water splashing all over the place. Some mention a hole in the bottom intended to increase water pressure/flow when the bottle is upside down. I have purchased Arctic Bay Gray and Caribbean Sea Turquoise and neither of them have this feature which I am really happy about as it minimizes the possibility of leakage. The water flow is strong enough to serve the purpose. The bottle is soft and easy to squeeze and holds just enough water to get the job done. The only reason I give 4 starts instead of 5 is because while I like the pull out spout for storage, there is no way to close the top of the bottle. I initially thought it was great for hiking too, but it would make a lot more sense if you could fill the bottle up and have it on hand instead of having to fill it from another water source.
