Pros: Good price Large size Leather top seems to be of good quality Cons: 1: Bottom shelf arrived damaged - I contacted the manufacturer to request a replacement and they were sold out to help. I had to order a replacement through Revain. 2: The new ottoman had similar damage so it's probably a manufacturing/quality control issue. 3: I made a return/exchange request through Revain and selected UPS as the return option. Unfortunately I missed UPS when they made their only attempt to collect which meant I had to take this 40+ pound package to a UPS store for return shipping. -2 stars for product quality and manufacturer's customer service, -1 star for UPS shipping. high
