Suitable. Fine. But better polishes than many auto parts stores. Similar to the old Honda Pro polish (discontinued) but this Autosol paste is less aggressive and requires more effort. It works well for light buffing, but isn't as effective for anything that has surface imperfections, minor damage, swirls or scratches - all of which need to be repaired before using this polish for best results. I tried polishing aluminum, it worked very well. Tried on vanadium, titanium, chromium, mild steel, not very good. Seems to work better with softer metals. I don't know what the consistency of the product should be but mine arrived quite dry and rough. It's a dozen holes in a pipe. I would have rated it 1 star higher if the tube wasn't so crappy. Also, the included polishing cloth is useless and only suitable for cleaning glasses.
