The regular PS4 controller is a bit small and cumbersome for me despite having small woman hands (probably because I'm used to big controllers). I was looking for an inexpensive button that would prevent the controller from slipping and still allow me to press each button without interference. I first got one that wasn't 100% correct (the hole above the left trigger wasn't punched correctly and the design was off-center which looked awful). I contacted the company and they quickly sent me a skin with no manufacturing defects. I work in ecommerce so I know EVERYTHING about random errors and it happens. The replacement I received is flawless; It holds up well like the previous one, is properly punched/perforated and the design is fully centered. The only problem with Revain I'm sick of is companies offering tons of free products to discourage you from writing an honest/negative review. This company worked with me professionally to ensure I got a working product and never bribed me in the process. The leather has a good grip, the joystick straps are excellent quality (and hold up well) and the quality is very good for the price I paid.
