Review on Chloe Lighting Shelley Mosaic 1-Light Wall Sconce, Black, 9.8 x 8.3 x 4.1-Inch by Andrea Ellis

I bought two of these sconces and returned them for two reasons. First, the lampshade cannot be properly aligned in the standard American octagonal metal junction box because the included adapter plate does not have the screw slots in the correct locations. (I assume the same situation would be with a "pancake" type junction box, since the screw holes are diagonal on that type too.) And even if I had bothered to put holes in the right places on the To drill the plate so that the lampshade could be mounted correctly, the light from above and below would not be even, since the lamp holder is mounted at an angle to the lampshade and points downwards. Very bad design.
