The ease of use for my business, I can send out surveys to multiple clients at once with one click instead of having two people in different offices doing it separately! It was easy enough that even non-techie employees were able to set up their own account without any training or assistance from me (the owner).
And they actually got more than 10 responses per survey which is amazing considering how many times we get no response!! If you are looking into this service be sure your customer base has an understanding about what type questions will come through before purchasing so there isn't confusion later down when something unexpected comes across as normal behavior/questioning point etc.. We have been using Survey Monkey since its beginning but never realized all these features until now - especially if customers don’t understand them well beforehand like some did not know exactly why our client wanted us do certain things via email vs phone calls versus text messages.-.
