The ease of use for my business, I can send out surveys to multiple clients at once with one click instead of having two people in different offices doing it separately! It was easy enough that even non-techie employees were able to set up their own account without any training or assistance from me (the owner). And they actually got more than 10 responses per survey which is amazing considering how many times we get no response!! If you are looking into this service be sure your customer base

Easy to use, easy communication system between clients & service provider. Good customer support team who are always there for you when needed! The best part is that it's free compared with other online platforms which charge monthly subscription fees.
