The platform is very user friendly, easy to use with many features that are helpful for any business using it such as analytics & insights into sales performance of your customers or prospects! You can even integrate various third-party applications in order create more personalized customer journeys by creating multiple channels/paths within one account.

Customer service could be improved but there's nothing major I dislike about this product so far.- Ability track leads at different stages (warm vs cold)- Create segments allowing specific campaigns targeting certain types - A lot customization options available through UI which helps you personalize content accordingly depending upon what stage they're currently viewing from their journey through our website etc.
