This is a set of two deer head wine corks that look very elegant and replace the cork after opening a wine bottle. I'm not a big wine drinker as I don't finish a bottle of wine the first time I open it, but it takes me at least a day or two. An even better way to keep wine fresh when I want to skip a day or two before drinking again. These wine corks work well with a slightly soft black rubber/flexible plastic band (don't know what it's made of) with ribs to fit snugly. With a slight push, the cork fits securely into a standard wine bottle. When it comes down to it, the wines I buy are almost always from local wineries. These wine corks make a spectacular wine bottle cap when I head into the holiday season. They are not great works of art as the deer head metal is a bit rough in detail. Really looks like a deer head, but is more of a slightly rustic category. They came in a plain cardboard box with a simple sticker identifying them. In the box, each is wrapped in fabric and in its own plastic bag. It's safe but not impressive. However, I like them for their functionality and the way they look out of the box.
