I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty that has cup holders between the shifter and the center console, so location matters when choosing a smartphone holder for the cup holder. In my case, even with the flex neck, it's a LITTLE too close to the shifter. However, this is not a breach of the Terms and Conditions; Just keep in mind where your cup holder is when making your decision. Some reviews complain about the "fit" of the cup holder. My holders have bumpers to accommodate different sized cups. Don't touch the bumpers with the extensions on the cup holder and it will be strong enough. The bracket is flexible and durable. It wobbles a little while driving, but no more than the air vents or dash mounts. Generally very good. I may buy some as gifts this holiday season.
