False advertising and misleading product information is all you get. I don't care, I'll just send it back. This duvet is tightly packed and compressed, which is normal as it tends to bunch up over time. The big problem is that the feather filling is terrible. It did NOT turn out as advertised. These are feathers and only feathers. Probably chicken feathers. Most notable are the needles. They poke around terribly under the fabric! Down comforters do not. So due to false advertising I will leave it on my bed for about 2 weeks and then return it. Update: Decided to upgrade to 2 stars and buy more for the guest room. It fluffed up a bit and this reduced the "chicken" feathers from the spikes. It's cheap, you get what you pay for. It won't keep you warm on a cold night, but it will get the job done in mild conditions. If you want something to cover your bed that's fine.
