We've had it for 3 days and we're already in love. Ruined my expectations for a $200 robot vacuum. Works very well and keeps our floors clean. *** UPDATE: After using the vacuum for a few days, it started making a squeaking noise from one of the brush arms. I replaced the brush with the one that came with it, but that didn't fix the problem. I also noticed the following things about the vacuum cleaner: - The device cleans VERY well and picks up fine dust and dirt very well. Every time the cleaning basket was completely filled with dust and hair (I live in a house with 3 girls and my wife) - The device works great on very low carpets and on all wooden floors. It will NOT work on shaggy or high-pile carpets. This includes decorative rugs or thick floor mats. The intelligent navigation technology left a lot to be desired. At the same time, it "smartly cleans" areas in the house while the battery is being charged. As soon as the battery is low, the device will try to find the charging station and once it is found, all Smart Navigation data will be lost. When you start the vacuum again, it will start cleaning randomly and will NOT pick up where it left off before it started charging. - The app is fuzzy at best and doesn't have many options. However, it has all the functionality of a remote control. It works well with Alexa. Overall, I'm taking the stars back to 4 due to the limited functionality of Smart Navigation and because the device is now making very squeaky noises when running. Unfortunately I will be returning the device. On a different tone; If you live in a house under 1000 square feet with ALL hardwood floors and tile, this doesn't work yet. Or maybe to keep a single room clean.
