I've spent years tolerating the FlipBelt and the overpriced and elaborate Salomon Signature belt. Both straps rubbed for long stretches, and my iPhone7 was difficult to insert and bounced annoyingly. The Salomon webbing fell apart within 2 years, needed constant adjustment and didn't allow easy access to the gel: I had to open the main pocket and rummage around for things to fall out. The FlipBelt (the non-zip version) sometimes spilled the phone and gels along the way. It also soaked up a lot of sweat and weighed around 500g after a long run and eventually stretched to the point of being unusable. I was so pleased with this simple, affordable, lightweight, and comfortable running belt that I immediately ordered a second or replacement. I won't use a racing bib because I don't want anything dangling below my waist.
