It's best to practice with tools and accessories
These are normal little make-up brushes. However, they require practice. (and they don't balance well to stand up). There seems to be a learning curve with this set too that I don't have with my other brushes, so I won't be using them very often. They pick up powder but don't want it to be applied evenly, resulting in smudges on my face and eyes with extra product and others with less. The repair takes longer and I risk being late if I'm not careful. Some brushes work better than others, but they only cost 3.5 stars in the kit. They are beautiful but I do not recommend them. There are others in this price range and below that are better.
