A manufacturer needs a lesson in quality control and customer service.

Poor quality control and customer service. Bought two fans. I had to supplement the wiring due to the lack of a ground wire on a fan. The second fan got stuck in the bolt hole and had to be sent back to the manufacturer. I called customer service and decided to call back instead of waiting the advertised 20 hour wait. Call back took 2.5 hours. I tried the online route for the second fan issue, got a replacement from Revain and installed it before getting any response from the manufacturer. Now the fans work fine, but don't make things worse.
