Easy to install, not the best seal.

I wanted to build a dog door for my garage so I bought this. It was very easy to install and I loved the simple instructions and the cardboard cut out in the shape of the door. Overall it was pretty easy to install dog doors. It doesn't seem to have a magnet holding the door closed, so most of the time the door doesn't close fully. I'm glad I didn't install this in my house because I think I would have been very disappointed in the cold winter. But that's normal with a garage door.
