I got these gloves in a small size and I have small hands and ended up being a bit larger than my hand size. That's even important because you don't want those gloves to be too tight in your hands for them to evaporate from work and sweat. BTW - I started sweating a bit in them after just a few minutes, so they are non-porous and therefore not breathable. The thickness of the gloves is rather average for me, they are definitely thicker than for single use. Gloves but they are not very thick like gloves to avoid heat. So don't use this assuming it will protect you from very hot objects or water. I have gloves for car use and they are much thicker than these. In general I like them because you have two pairs: I used one for washing dishes and the other for cleaning so as not to ruin my hands when I touch Clorox. napkins etc.
