I have a 5 year old daughter who has tried at least 5 Fire tablets (kids version) in her short life and I'm a bit tired of the constant broken screens and charging issues. . I assumed that since I was buying a cheap tablet I couldn't expect much. I should have had higher standards! This tablet costs about the same as a tablet and so far we like it a lot better! The user interface is extremely user-friendly. The setup is very easy to navigate. Loads fast. But most importantly, it just feels solid. The product doesn't look cheap at all. My five year old son's toner dropped it on our concrete floor in our basement and to my surprise it didn't even break. It just sold it to me because this tablet is so great. I have no doubt that it will last longer than any other tablet we've bought (maybe even my iPad!). Well, another notable moment. I was concerned that buying a lesser-known brand (e.g. not the iPad or Fire tablet) would reduce the available app selection to zero, but that's actually not the case. Huge variety. just like my husbands phones samsung app store!
