Review on 💚 1 Gallon Green Water Tracing Fluorescent Dye for Leak Detection by Carla Anderson

I believe the product does what it is supposed to do. I just misunderstood how this is supposed to work. I applied the suggested amount to my pond to find a leak. However, it turns out I couldn't track the leak (perhaps due to a leak in the ground?). I figured I could see the paint slowly flowing towards the leak so I could follow it while gazing at the water in the pond. It wasn't like that. It made my pond green but all my fish are safe! I was contacted by customer service and asked if I liked the product and if it met my expectations. I responded by explaining the situation. The next day I received a very professional response and the money was refunded. I am a very demanding customer and very difficult to please. This customer service surprised me and I have never experienced such a first class service.
