This is my first time using this oven. I put on roast and put on 4 seasoned chicken thighs. I followed some directions for air fried chicken thighs. I put it in the oven for 10 minutes. then took out the pan and turned it over for 20 minutes. longer and they haven't been made yet. I used 380 degrees. I put it back in the oven for 15 minutes. more. They were crispy on the outside and juicy and cooked on the inside. What I noticed is that not a single review said the whole oven gets hot. handles included. Not sure if this should be done or not but the chicken was reviewed by someone other than me and they loved it. If anyone can tell me if that's the case then I'm not worried.
