It's not magic, it's an improvement.

Don't expect no stripes or a stripe of five. It's not like this. Mine went from zero or one and sometimes two to three and sometimes four bars. You need to know the direction of the nearest tower to point the antenna in the right direction. I haven't used tech support so can't give them five stars but I assume they do provide support.
