I like how simple it is, you can set up multiple schedules and easily switch between them as needed - super convenient. You cannot use text messages (or have one send to voicemail) without paying extra so that's not an option if using in conjunction with other services or software like phone systems/apps etc. Also would be nice being able to copy paste emails instead of having to go through each link individually. Sometimes when replying back during scheduled appointments sometimes they don't save until after closing their app which makes rescheduling difficult depending upon what schedule has been posted online already. Just make sure you get everything figured out before doing anything because once things are created its very easy but takes some getting used too. It helps me keep track of all our business events via texts and email allowing us to stay organized throughout every day.
