Although it work great for your waist, it really make your waist look slimmer.
If you are slightly overweight or have a stomach, it is not going to work. What this trainer does is trims your waist, but it pushes your stomach down, not in, so therefore your stomach will protrude out and make your stomach look bigger, and the trainer is not long enough to push the stomach in.
