Although it work great for your waist, it really make your waist look slimmer. If you are slightly overweight or have a stomach, it is not going to work. What this trainer does is trims your waist, but it pushes your stomach down, not in, so therefore your stomach will protrude out and make your stomach look bigger, and the trainer is not long enough to push the stomach in.

It was very comfortable. i’m only like 4’11 and it’s hard to find one that fits me well, i finally did tho & i luv it ! Works well great support!!

I was skeptical about ordering because the price. I'm glad took a chance. It fit perfectly coming from someone who practices waist training using real corsets. I needed a waist compression garment to wear while working out. One that held good compression and was not movement restrictive. This was perfect for me. And the price was a bonus. Great product! This waist trainer is great! It's DEFINITELY tight but I believe it will get the job done right. Do not eat before trying to put this on. My stomach is flat and my waist is tiny using this trainer. It also provides back support. I started the hooks on loosest position so there's room to tighten the trainer as my waist gets smaller. I won't need another one for quite a while. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

I love this trainer! It gives me very good back support when I use it to work! It is comfortable enough to wear all day and everyday!

I like the concept of this item but it runs smaller and it is very uncomfortable. When sitting it digs into my thighs and the area where the hooks are dig into my skin. Not comfortable at all. I put it on at 7 am and had to remove it by 12, trying to adjust to the product. It is not good for long term wear with the digging into and pinching issues. But I did feel great support in my back

I wish it was a band that you could wrap around one instead of just coming straight around from the back and attaching. It may not provide enough support for individuals with postural problems.
