See attached video. I received the product in an open box when I ordered a new one. The motor and fan look new as there is no dust on the fan, on the motor or inside. I noticed that the engine mounts are very tight. I could hardly turn it by hand. Because of this, I decided to test it out on a workbench before wasting the time and effort cutting out an old fan assembly. As you can see in the video this is a DOA blower and I am guessing that due to the fact that I received this as an open box configuration a DOA client return is possible? speculation here; why open box? I will ask for a replacement. The updated overview depends on further actions by the supplier.
