There are never too many good knives in a collection. Everyone has a purpose, and this chef's knife is no different. This is a very versatile knife, good for slicing, dicing, chopping etc. I appreciate that it has a full flavor through the handle that many knives don't have these days. The only downside to this knife is the handle. It doesn't bother me as I have big hands but my wife said it seemed too big for her. The presentation box also comes in handy if you are buying this knife as a gift for someone other than yourself. All in all, this is a knife that has been added to my repertoire. Featured!
