I'm a slow coffee drinker. I make 350g Pour Over every morning. When I'm done, my coffee is cold. This insulated coffee pot helps keep my coffee at a preferred temperature until the last sip. I could use any other insulated travel mug to achieve the same result. But the convenience of preparing the coffee straight into the pot is unbeatable. The only point of criticism, like many others, is the lid. If you use it daily like I do, the lid is extremely difficult to dry. You have to shake it multiple times throughout the day to almost dry the damn thing or the retained water will be diluted in your coffee the next time you use it. And yes, it's hard to pour every last drop out of the pot, but all you have to do is open the lid and pour. Expect to pay a premium for the brand. It's a beauty and very well made.
