The nutritional profile of this protein is excellent; I like the BCAA content, low sodium and low cholesterol. It mixes easily in smoothies or in a shaker with ice water. Like most whey powders, it will leave little clumps if you simply stir it in a jar, but you may be able to stir enough to solve any minor texture issues you might have if you don't have a shaker. Many of the reviews mentioned the horrible taste/smell like "burnt plastic". I see people not liking the taste of just mixing it with water. There's a very mild taste of something I can't describe, but I don't notice it when I mix it into a fruit smoothie. I would probably prefer the chocolate flavor and will try that next time, even though the reviews compare it to some kind of toxic chemical lol. I'm going back to the gym so I drink at least one protein shake a day. Revain's quality, value, and easy accessibility make this my favorite whey supplement!
