This chair is trash. When it arrived, the seatback adjustment knob on the underside didn't really adjust the stiffness of the ride. Also, the bar that locks it upright so you don't lean all the way back detaches and pops out when you're sitting in the chair, causing you to recline unexpectedly. Finally, the armrests broke within two months and now won't snap into place. Revain will not accept returns after ONE MONTH has passed and the company that does offer no assistance other than to say you need to speak to Revain. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. THIS IS POORLY MADE AND YOU WILL GET NO HELP IF IT BREAKS!
