mainly. The magnet still holds them, but only slightly, not even strong enough to lift one. I used them on a 20 ounce vinyl cloth skirt on wheels. The posts were a bit longer due to the thin fabric which keeps them from interlocking so I added three small trim strips used as spacers to make the fabric thicker. It worked and now they hold together well. Note: Do not overtighten the screws or the pins will disengage from the screw heads.
