Confirm it on the car's rear view cameras

Short answer: It does what it says on the tin and works as advertised. It works as a rear view camera. However, I had hoped for a little more. I was hoping it could work as a rear view camera. Not as much. Above all the professionals. Clear image and enough field of view to see the full width of the trailer. With the angle pointing down just above the rear bumper, there is solid confidence and confidence when reversing. night vision works. It has a one-way audio system (the driver can hear his observer). Setup took about 30 minutes (my camper came with a Voyager prep kit, so the power wiring and mounting plate were pre-installed.) Pairing the camera isn't difficult at all. The on-screen instructions will help you with this. 1) Connect the monitor to power, 2) Press and hold the pairing button, 3) Turn on the power to the camera (usually this is done by turning on the navigation/parking lights). Bad - the picture is practically unusable at high speed. The refresh rate is too slow to be usable and the time-lapse is distracting while driving. The image is also cut off due to the speed, I haven't noticed that at low speeds. A wide-angle lens is useful for seeing the "big picture" that distorts distance at the high angles of your setup. It's almost impossible to tell if you hit a low hanging branch (or in my case the roof of the building where I store my gear). It's a good product overall, but at $300 I feel like there's room for improvement. I admit I was hoping for more, but it really does what it says on the tin. If you need it, get it. This way you can save yourself costly repairs. However, it is not a substitute for experience or a good spotter. I also strongly recommend (even with the prep kit model) using sealant when installing. Rainwater and fiberglass walls are not compatible.
