I like everything but mainly how easy it is for us (and our clients) to get in touch with them at any time via chat or email! It has made my job so much easier by allowing me access 24/7 from anywhere I am working - even when traveling out-of state etc., which used be impossible before they started offering this service!! The customer support team are amazing as well. Nothing really comes up too often regarding issues we need resolved quickly; however if there was anything needed attending their attention ASAP would definitely have been given priority over other things such business could attend first instead:-). There isn't an issue yet though because all systems seem flawless thus far & no complaints whatsoever about what i've come across using Professional Net. I like the fact that the team is always willing to help and that they are always open to suggestions. It is a bit expensive for a startup, but I think that it is worth it. The platform is very easy to use and the team is always willing to help. I would like to have a more powerful CRM tool, but I think that it is a good product for the price. I am solving the problem of managing my contacts and I am solving the problem of having a good communication with my clients.
