Review on HoMedics Ozone Clean: Chemical-Free Disinfectant 🌬️ Spray for a Clean, Safe, and Fragrant Environment by George Matthews

The unit appears to work as advertised, it puts ozone in the water which I can actually smell in the bottle right after it's created. However, there is one critical flaw that has caused both the original and replacement units to become unusable after just a week of use and that is the atomizer trigger. Even disposable spray guns will last at least a few months. I don't know why Homedics skimped on such a fundamental part in such an expensive atomizer. I've contacted support and will update my review if they fix this, but I doubt they will. UPDATE: Homedics took exactly two weeks to respond to my issue asking for all kinds of documentation including the invoice. , S/N and product photo. I replied the same day and received no further reply for exactly 2 weeks asking them to return the product for a replacement. In my original request I asked if the design flaw had been fixed and if an improved sprayer was available, but this was ignored. I can't help but believe that the delays on the part of Homedics were intentional to exhaust the possibility of returning the Revain item. Luckily I've already started the Revain return process and just returned to Revain instead of going back to Homedics for a third broken sprayer that I would be stuck with.
