In short, there are two main problems. First, the glass started peeling off the inside of the bottle and it has never been dropped or damaged on the outside. Second, the manufacturer ignored my requests for a replacement under the terms of the "lifetime warranty" outlined on zuluathletic.com. Usage Details: I bought two bottles of ZULU Atlas. Never dropped, no external damage. In fact, I only use them at home and not for "sports". Peeling Glass: After a few months of use, I noticed the glass in one bottle was peeling near the neck. / Edge. When I checked another bottle, I saw that the same thing started there. See photos. Problem: This is very important because swallowing glass is very dangerous. Having seen evidence of this on both bottles I have purchased, I suspect this is due to a manufacturing issue e.g. B. Poor quality glass causing this. This can be a safety issue for all owners of this bottle (and possibly other ZULU products). Contacting Seller: I sent a message to ZULU Support (about the first bottle) using the "Warranty Claim Form" on zuluathletic.com. I have also raised concerns about the overall safety of the bottle for other buyers. The next day I received a reply form denying my warranty claim and not acknowledging my safety concerns. I quickly sent a reply, again explaining the problem including that the bottle had never been dropped and attaching photos. I waited a month and never got a reply. I highly recommend avoiding ZULU bottles entirely. I also advise avoiding Chinese made products (ZULU bottles are made in China).
