Not as good as the original, but works perfectly.
The remote control works. It's clearly not an original Samsung remote, but it does what it's supposed to do. The buttons feel more mechanical than on the original remote, and there's a bit of clatter (okay, ok, don't shake the remote). All in all, it's worth the $8 or so the dollar I spent on it. My previous remote got stuck in the couch and then my girlfriend replaced the couch with my remote which was still in it and then after months of getting up to change the volume I am happy with this purchase. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly recommend that you get this remote control.
