After seeing countless ads on Instagram, Detailer's Domain and Facebook I decided to give Hydrosilex Recharge a try. I always take care of my car and wanted to get into ceramic/nano coating. I saw a number of honest reviews on YouTube and was convinced this was a great solution for the money. I knew not to compare it to CeramicPro but as a DIY solution. I washed my truck, then applied Recharge dry to the body, then wiped with a microfiber, then wiped with a separate microfiber. I only made one coat and it took about 15 minutes on the Tacoma. All I can say is that the WOW smoothness you feel on the paint afterward is great and the water repellency is amazing - got in the rain about 3 days after applying and the water doesn't stick or leave the hood a stain. like in old times. That's why I was sold! It also helps add some shine to the body as the smoothness of the clear coat helps reflect light better. Now the truck looks amazing! I bought a 32 ounce bottle and only used 2-3 ounces if I had to guess. This bottle will definitely last my car for many uses, especially if it lasts the advertised 3 months!
