I had to reorder this lovely cup. When I first received the mug there were pen/pencil marks under the glaze. I was tired of wiping them, then I looked closely, everything is probably under water. I have experience with glass products. So I contacted the company with a request to insert the card. I sent 2 emails and 1.5 weeks later still no reply. I finally got Revain for an exchange. The second cup had gold stains where they shouldn't be. The rest of the cup: Rather for children's hands or decorative. I can barely squeeze 2 fingers in the entire tail aka whale. In addition, the hole, but small. In any case, this is certainly a good decorative mug, not so much for drinking.
