Worked on a 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. However, remember that replacing a small motor is cheaper. I went this route thinking it would be more difficult to open the plastic cover where the motor goes in. But after taking it apart and seeing how easy it is to open the case, I wouldn't hesitate to take the motor next time. That's about a third of the price for the motor alone.
