Poor quality control at MFG.

This is not the seller's fault, it is the manufacturer's lack of quality control. I bought this particular webcam from two different sellers and am returning this purchase also because you cannot adjust the gain. You can move the volume slider, but it has no effect. With another webcam, the sound was blurry. I switched to a different style hoping it would work as described.
