The yarn winder works well, although many adjustments need to be made during use. Thread holder does not engage as instructed. The item accidentally arrived in a broken box. The product is dirty, there are scratches, obviously second-hand. I did not pay for a used item, I paid for a new item. The seller responded very quickly to my message regarding this. They have granted my partial refund request due to the situation kind to them.
